Will Koshansky
managing Director
Will is entering his third year as the Head Coach at Staples High School. In 2019 Staples went 14-6 and advanced to the FCIAC Quarterfinals and the CIAC Semifinals. The 2020 season looked promising until COVID took away the spring. He played professional lacrosse for seven years for the Rochester Rattlers and Chesapeake Bayhawks of the MLL. Will attended the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he was a four year starter, All-Ivy Player, and Team Captain. He spent six years as the defensive coordinator at New Canaan HS. His players know him as “Coach K” and he currently lives in Norwalk with his wife KC.
Steve Anderson
Director of Boys programming
Steve just finished his fourth year as a Lacrosse Coach at Staples HS and his second year as a varsity assistant. He is the offensive coordinator for Staples HS. He has been coaching youth sports for over ten years and has experience designing practices and camps for players of all ages and abilities. Steve currently lives in Milford with his wife Dana, their daughter Tessa, and their puppy Maya.
Nicole Gerosa
Director of Girls Lacrosse
Nicole is entering her eighth season as a Staples HS Girls Coach and her fourth season as the program’s Head Coach. Nicole played collegiately at Sacred Heart University, where she was an all-conference defender, and has helped many Staples girls follow in her footsteps to continue on to play Women’s Lacrosse in the NCAA and WCLA.
