Why We Coach

Giving Back

Our company was founded with the mission to pass along our passion for the sport of lacrosse. All decisions we make are with this in mind. We only hire the best coaches who share this vision and want to impact the future of the sport. Lacrosse, and sports in general, are a great way for kids to learn life lessons that prepare them for success both on and off the field. Our coaches want to give that back, to make sure that kids experience and learn those lessons from great role models.

Make A difference

We want to impact as many kids as possible in a positive and supportive way. Training with us allows our coaches to get to know our players as people and make a difference in their life. Kids find inspiration and passion in many different places including sports. We aim to provide that type of bond between our coaches and our players.

celebrate growth

At the end of the day we want to help our players improve and one of the best ways to do that is to celebrate their growth. Whether it’s a beginner learning how to catch and throw for the first time, or an advanced player adding dodges to their skillset, we want to encourage our players to keep growing. Instilling an inner drive is one of the best things we can create for our kids.
